1.Open Ellipal App and tap Asset at the bottom left. Then choose the blockchain the token operates on.
Note: Ensure the token is on the same blockchain for both sending and receiving. For example: USDC operates on Ethereum, Solana, Sui and so on. Please confirm the sender’s blockchain before receiving token.
2. Choose the token and then tap Receive.
3.Operations in sender's app (e.g., Exchange or other Wallets)
(1)Scan the QR code on ELLIPAL App or tap to copy the address. (For Titan Series devices, confirm the address matches the one displayed on your device screen.)
(2)Doulbe Check if the pasted address matches your receiving address.
*About Memo/Tag/Note: Not required when receiving on a hardware wallet or X card.
4.After transfer, check your balance using either method shown below. On-chain transfers takes about 1 minute, while exchanges transfer may take longer.
