Predict, an ELLIPAL feature that allows users to trade on the outcomes of real-world events, will undergo a scheduled upgrade from April 28, 2026, 09:00 UTC to April 29, 2026, 09:00 UTC.
During the upgrade period:
1. Unfilled open orders will be automatically canceled.
2. Users may place new orders after the upgrade is complete. Existing positions will not be affected.
3. Your current positions will remain open during the upgrade. Deposits, order placement, and trading will be temporarily unavailable.
Since trading will be unavailable during the upgrade, users who wish to close their positions may do so in advance.
No app update is required. Predict will resume automatically once the upgrade is complete.
