1.Offers and prices

a. Our prices
Prices are in US dollar.
Value-Added Tax (V.A.T.) may apply; this will depend on where the billing address is located.
b. Customs fees
When ordering from outside the China / Hong Kong, customer must be aware that customs fees may apply as is the case of ordering any items from abroad.
We cannot estimate the cost as this depends on the country where the customer is based in.
The customer can contact his/her local customs service for a estimated cost.
When placing an order, the customer agrees and is made aware of the fact that customs fees may apply.

2.Payment methods

We accept 3 different payment methods:

a. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
Your payment can't be authorized, please contact your bank for more details.
If you encounter another issue, please contact our support with a proof of payment.
  
b. PayPal
If you encounter an issue, please contact our support with your transaction number or the email address used by your PayPal account.
  
c. CoinPayments
We accept payment in BTC , LTC, ETH, USDT, DGB, ETN, XMR through CoinPayments
If you encounter an issue, please directly contact CoinPayments.

3.Status of my order

Orders are processed within 48 hours during business days, if not stated otherwise by the notice during creating your order (backorder or special situation related to the status of our stock). Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be available and you will receive an email. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@ellipal.com.


4. My delivered package was open! 

It may happen sometimes during the customs procedure and unfortunately, we cannot do anything to prevent customs from doing so as it is within their legal powers. If your package was opened by the customs, they usually leave a tape informing the customer that it was caused by them, but it is not guaranteed in every case. 
In case you still have doubts why and by who your package was opened, you can contact directly the courier or post office that handled the delivery.
We have carefully placed two seal stickers on every ELLIPAL unit to prevent anyone from opening up the wallet. Just open up the back cover to find them. If these two seals are still in tack, the wallet is 100% safe to use. 


5.Is there some discount on bulk orders/wholesale?

6.Unavailable countries

ELLIPAL is currently unable to be shipped to these following countries. If you want to become a distributor, please contact us. 

Lebanon, Paraguay, Uruguay, Ukraine, Argentina, Brazil, Saudi Arabia ,Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen,North Korea


7.Delivery time

Delivery time is about 3~7 days (3 days most of the time).
We are working with 4 carriers : DHL ,UPS, EMS, TNT. 
Orders cannot be shipped during the weekends or during the Chinese/HK public holidays.
