Firmware Update Troubleshooting Guide

If this is your first time updating your device, here is the guide.

If your have failed to update, follow the guide below to check the upgrade process step-by-step. Any missing step may cause the upgrade to fail.

1. Please confirm that you have the following devices and that they are working properly

a) A Titan adapter
b) An original charging cable
c) A card reader (prepared by yourself)
d) An Micro SD card (≤32GB) formatted to FAT32

2. Please Check your account's model and version.

Confirm your device model and download the installation package from the corresponding page. Make sure the installation version is newer than your current version.

3. SD Card Check

a) SD card only contains one installation package file.
b) The installation package must be in ZIP format. *If you are using a Mac OS computer, it's recommended to use Chrome to download to prevent the file from unzipping automatically.
 c) The installation package name does not contain suffixes like (1).


d) After downloading the package, safely eject the SD card from your computer. 

4.Adapter Check:

a) The SD card is inserted into the adapter before plugging in the original power cable.
b) The adapter is connected to a power socket, NOT a computer USB port.
c) The indicator light is blue after plugging the original power cable into the adapter.


5. If the power was disconnected or the adapter was disconnected from the Titan during the file copying process:

a) Repeat the upgrade attempt on the Titan Series.
b) If the upgrade fails but the device shows the latest version, increase the last digit of the installation package file name by 1 (4.9.0.zip 4.9.1.zip).
