It went smoothly except when you set it up and place the card in the slot you should have keep card in till done. The only real problem I have had is I tried to buy xrp and got this Edge IP Restricted | support.simplex.com | Cloudflar I could not purchase it. I did try to communicate this to customer support. They did not know why though.

I was I'm really pleased with the ellipal card although it took quite some time to get to me about 3 weeks maybe three and a half once I got it I was relieved I thought there would be no way that I would be able to load it because I'm kind of illiterate when it comes to that stuff however the instructions were so easy and it was so automated that it went through with no problem I started it I tapped it and off I went I haven't used it for shopping yet I'm waiting to see what happens with the market but I look forward to it thank you team and ellipal

Fairly easy even for a beginner in crypto and cold wallets .

I started setting up the cards. However im not a tec person so I’m still figuring out how to transfer my coins to this wallet. Needs better instructions for beginners like myself. Other wise it’s a great system.

I've watched videos that, were way to fast. Not enough detailed explanation of the set - up. I'm 71 and find it very distressing that, a simple explanation that can be easily followed is not there. Technical writing was not adequate for me. Frustration, is my only description that, I may give. Just saying 😌 🤷

Ordered the X Card and starter. The starter unit will not charge or power up so can use it. I have been promised a replacement which I’m still waiting for. To be fair the customer service was quick to respond to the email but I’ll wait to see if the next one turns up

Love it! Very easy to set up all by yourself... you don't need to have an influencer help and risk getting scammed! It feels good knowing that I own the keys! I'm going to need more! One for each grandkid! 😁

The is my first time using the ellipal and I had to search the web to figer out how to use it after 3 days I was able to transfer to my wallet.I felt a lot better yes I did it.So the next day I did it again and it was a lot easier kant wate till the next time.

Well I’m a little disappointed but that’s due to my own ignorance about how things work. They advertise getting your assets off the exchange, well that’s not exactly the process. Basically what this does is create a vault for your assets on their blockchain with a seed code lock and the card is the key. Your assets cannot be removed from the system and storred on another device, this was my initial assumption, I learned I was wrong. Understanding the system and mitigating expectations helps.

Easy to set up and use and feel safe with my investments just do a small transfer at first to ensure your set up is valid but make sure you do more then a $1 or the transaction won’t go through — and make sure you write your phrase down in the order it’s given several times put it in secure areas that you will remember
