Ellipal was very straight forward. However, I can’t say the same for Robinhood. After my first transaction, Robinhood locked my account and put me through a verification process all of which took 5 days to resolve. This just reinforced my decision to move to the cold wallet.

Easy to set-up. My crypto is on crypto.com and I was stopped in my tracks when I was ready to transfer my crypto to Ellipal cold wallet …. The instructions warned me that I could lose my crypto transferring to my cold wallet. So, I decided not to transfer until I receive explicit instructions how to transfer my crypto. The activation was quick and easy. But I have problems with buying crypto. They always saying it is not supported. I tried 1 Credit Card, and 2 Debit Cards. Chase CC, 2 Bank Debit card. So how can I load my Wallet if the Debit and CC Cards are not accepted? Please advice. Otherwiese I like it so far. Thank you Petra
