FAQ
What does Market Sell mean?
Market Sell means your position will be sold at the current market price.
Why did my final sale price change slightly?
The market price can move during order execution, so the final price may be slightly different.
Why is my available balance not updated yet?
The transaction may still be processing. Please wait a moment and refresh the page again.
Why can’t I sell my position?
This can happen when the event has low liquidity, the price moves too quickly, the market changes during order processing, or there is a page or network issue.
For Titan users, signing takes a little longer, so the price may change during the signing process and cause the order to fail.
Try refreshing the page and submitting the order again. You can also try again later. If it still does not work, try selling directly on Polymarket.
ELLIPAL currently only supports full market sell in Predict.
