ELLIPAL & PayDAO

Bring Stablecoins to Storefronts.

Part of the ELLIPAL ecosystem. Built on Solana.

Why ELLIPAL PayDAO

Lower fees. Faster money. Fully yours.

A payment terminal built on-chain, so both merchants and users keep more control and hold their own funds.

Fees from 0.5%

PayDAO charges a 0.5% protocol fee per transaction, a fraction of typical card-network rates, so merchants keep more of every sale.

Settled in Seconds

Stablecoins settle to the merchant's own wallet on-chain, in seconds, not days, with no bank in between.

You Hold the Funds

Self-custody by design. Only the merchant can move funds, so there is no bank, no chargeback risk, and no middleman.

How it works

Three steps to accept stablecoins.

01 SET UPSet up the PAYDAO POS Terminal in minutes. Anyone can deploy one, a merchant, an installer, or an individual.
02 PAYCustomers tap an ELLIPAL & PAYDAO Payment Card to pay. New cards are activated and topped up once in the ELLIPAL App.
03 SETTLEStablecoins arrive in your own wallet on-chain in seconds, with a 0.5% protocol fee and no chargebacks.
Tap or scan to pay

The checkout your customers already know.

Customers pay by tapping an ELLIPAL PAYDAO Payment Card, activated and topped up once in the ELLIPAL App, the same gesture as a bank card. Customers who already use a compatible wallet can also pay by scanning a QR code. Some payments may also earn PAY token rewards.

Settle without a bank

Smart contracts handle the money.

Payment and settlement run through the PAYDAO protocol: fund management, messaging, and settlement all happen by smart contract, transparent and traceable, with less dependence on a payment intermediary. Merchants keep full control over what they receive.

Deploy and earn

Anyone can run a terminal.

Merchants, installers, and individuals can deploy an PAYDAO terminal with no bank or acquirer approval needed, and onboard new merchants into the network. Installers earn rewards tied to real transaction activity, powered by the PAYDAO payment protocol.

How it compares

On-chain, not on the old rails.

Card networks bundle authorization, settlement, and custody. PAYDAO settles natively on-chain.

Powered by PayDAO

Initiated by ELLIPAL. Built with PAYDAO.

ELLIPAL initiated PAYDAO to bring self-custody into everyday payments.
PAYDAO runs on its own protocol and ecosystem, settling on Solana by smart contract. Anyone can deploy a terminal and earn from the network.
That is on-chain checkout. Payments settle on-chain, not through a bank, and both sides keep their own keys.

Questions, answered.

It is a payment terminal that lets a store accept stablecoins directly on-chain. Customers pay by NFC tap or QR code, and the merchant receives the funds in their own wallet in seconds, with a 0.5% protocol fee. It runs on the ELLIPAL PayDAO payment protocol on Solana.

Customers tap a phone or card, or scan a QR code shown on the terminal, using a compatible wallet. There is no app for the customer to download, the payment is confirmed on-chain, and qualifying payments can earn cashback.

ELLIPAL PayDAO charges a 0.5% protocol fee per transaction, a fraction of typical card-network rates. There are no chargebacks, so settled payments are final.

Settlement is on-chain and takes seconds. The model is self-custody: stablecoins settle to the merchant's own wallet, managed by smart contract, and only the merchant can move or off-ramp them. No bank or intermediary sits in between.

The terminal accepts USDC on Solana today. Multi-chain EVM support is planned for 2026 as the network expands.

Anyone. Merchants, installers, and individuals can deploy ELLIPAL PayDAO terminals and onboard new merchants, earning rewards tied to real transaction activity.

ELLIPAL initiated PAYDAO. PAYDAO operates its own protocol and ecosystem on Solana, and the network is open for anyone to deploy on. ELLIPAL brings the terminal to market through its own channel.
