The screen protector that came with mine was bent. Basically, worthless to put that in the box if it ships that way. It does function well and I’m happy with that. Not sure if I was supppsed to upgrade the software on it or not when I first get it?

I am happy with the purchase, but the briefcase where the code words are stored does not have enough space for the letters. There are 4 slots each and some words have 5 or 6 letters, but I will come up with something. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.

For a standard BIP39 Seed Phrase, the first four letters are sufficient to uniquely identify each word, which is why the ELLIPAL Seed Phrase Steel provides four-letter slots per word.
