Similar to Tangem card, except ellipal Xcard seems better cause the offline device generated seed offline, only activate through phone app once. Wish the card set come in other color as well.

If you are transferring crypto into your ELLIPAL X Card wallet, open the asset in the ELLIPAL App, tap Receive, and copy the receiving address. Make sure the sender uses the same network. Receiving does not require tapping the X Card. Guide: https://support.ellipal.com/x-card/view-receiving-addresses If you are transferring crypto out, open the asset in the App, tap Send, enter the receiving address and amount, verify the network, then tap the X Card to complete NFC Tap Signing. We recommend sending a small test amount first. After transferring my crypto Elli leaves the address in memory which isn’t good
Store owner replied: Hi Kevin, a Wallet Address is public Blockchain information, and seeing an address in the ELLIPAL App does not expose your Private Key or give anyone control of your assets. If by 'address in memory' you mean a copied address, saved recipient, or another specific screen, please email cs@ellipal.com with a screenshot of that page so our team can identify exactly what you are seeing.

I really don't know if the X Card is safe to use. I used to use Ledger. Money was missing. They blamed me. Only to find out there was a way the Nano X Plus could be hacked. They said this was impossible. When they ommitted that the chip had a attenna attached to send an receive. This makes me wonder. Now Elipal Be paying out also for data breaches also. Is this X Card hacked also. I don't know if it compromised also this is why I left a neutral response. Maybe my phone not being NFC Capable is the best for now. Maybe putting all my extra money being placed in a mason jar and buried in the back yard would be safer

The ELLIPAL X Card protects your private keys inside a CC EAL6+ certified secure chip. The private keys never leave the card, and every transaction requires the correct Card-PIN and physical NFC signing. Each X Card also has a unique encrypted hardware ID verified by the ELLIPAL App. After 10 incorrect Card-PIN attempts, the card automatically wipes its stored data. NFC only transmits encrypted transaction data and does not expose your private key. My name is Frank, I am 64 years old technology illiterate. I began to purchase crypto on Coinbase but kept reading commentaries on social media sites how unsafe that might be. I started reading things about cold wallets being air gapped and only you have the seed phrase. I decided these two security measures were powerful, so I purchased the 2.0 ELLIPAL. I read the instructions and followed them and was scared to death at the point of transferring the crypto from Coinbase but thought no guts no glory. I did it all, super risky. It tells you to do a small portion first, but the reckless abandon in me just said it’s only money. It worked perfectly and I have done it multiple times now and feel at ease doing it. Thank you ELLIPAL I love your product. I’m now considering purchasing your thin wallets as well. If I can do it anyone can.
