The screen protector that came with mine was bent. Basically, worthless to put that in the box if it ships that way. It does function well and I’m happy with that. Not sure if I was supppsed to upgrade the software on it or not when I first get it?

I am happy with the purchase, but the briefcase where the code words are stored does not have enough space for the letters. There are 4 slots each and some words have 5 or 6 letters, but I will come up with something. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase.

For a standard BIP39 Seed Phrase, the first four letters are sufficient to uniquely identify each word, which is why the ELLIPAL Seed Phrase Steel provides four-letter slots per word. I got the card first then the Titan 2.0. Both very easy to use. Fast and secure. Got to do what you have to do to keep your crypto safe.

No HD (Hierarchical Deterministic) Bitcoin wallet - I am disappointed

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that the ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 does support an HD Wallet structure. It follows BIP39 and BIP44 standards, allowing wallets and addresses to be deterministically derived from a Seed Phrase.

This is not your fault, but I don’t like 3 party envelopment when buying crypto, on revolute I can buy direct and fees are minimal.
