Easy to set-up. My crypto is on crypto.com and I was stopped in my tracks when I was ready to transfer my crypto to Ellipal cold wallet …. The instructions warned me that I could lose my crypto transferring to my cold wallet. So, I decided not to transfer until I receive explicit instructions how to transfer my crypto. If not, I need to return this cold wallet for a refund. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE! Vivian …. 👍🏼

On Crypto.com, select the XRP network, paste the address, and choose “No destination tag required” for your personal ELLIPAL wallet. We recommend sending a small test amount first. Recently got the ELLIPAL X card cold wallet and it was easy to setup lots of instructions available you just have to take your time don’t rush anything and it sets up flawlessly, it’s really simple and perfect for people with min knowledge on Hard ver cold wallets , recommended cold wallet for beginners and pros alike .

The activation was quick and easy. But I have problems with buying crypto. They always saying it is not supported. I tried 1 Credit Card, and 2 Debit Cards. Chase CC, 2 Bank Debit card. So how can I load my Wallet if the Debit and CC Cards are not accepted? Please advice. Otherwiese I like it so far. Thank you Petra

It went smoothly except when you set it up and place the card in the slot you should have keep card in till done. The only real problem I have had is I tried to buy xrp and got this Edge IP Restricted | support.simplex.com | Cloudflar I could not purchase it. I did try to communicate this to customer support. They did not know why though.

I was I'm really pleased with the ellipal card although it took quite some time to get to me about 3 weeks maybe three and a half once I got it I was relieved I thought there would be no way that I would be able to load it because I'm kind of illiterate when it comes to that stuff however the instructions were so easy and it was so automated that it went through with no problem I started it I tapped it and off I went I haven't used it for shopping yet I'm waiting to see what happens with the market but I look forward to it thank you team and ellipal
