How to Freeze and Unfreeze Your ELLIPAL Pay Card?

The freeze feature lets you temporarily stop payments on your ELLIPAL Pay virtual card. You can use it anytime if you are not using the card or notice something suspicious.

When Should You Freeze Your Card?

You may want to freeze your card if:

  • You notice an unknown or suspicious transaction
  • You are not using your card for a while
  • You think your card details may have been exposed
  • You want to stop payments temporarily while checking your account

How to Freeze Your Card?

  1. Open the ELLIPAL App.
  2. Go to Assets > Pay > ELLIPAL Pay.
  3. Open Cards.
  4. Tap Freeze.
  5. Confirm the action if prompted.

Once frozen, your card will become inactive. Any payment attempt will be declined until you unfreeze it.
