First, please do not worry. Your private key is encrypted and stored in the cold wallet. The App only synchronizes the data on to the blockchain.
Sometimes the App can encounter delays due to slow connections which can cause the balance to be incorrect or the transaction details to not be displayed.
Regardless of whether the App data is synchronized or not, your coins will not be lost because your private keys are stored securely air-gapped on the ELLIPAL.
