The ELLIPAL Seed Phrase Steel can store up to 24-word seed phrases, allowing you to either store two sets of 12-word recovery phrases, or one set of 15, 18, 21, or 24 words.
Why are only the first 4 letters needed for each word?
The seed phrase is made up of 12, 18 or 24 words from the official BIP-39 English word list that contains 2048 unique words. Each word in the list is unique by its first 4 letters.
