This guide shows you how to cancel an open order in the Predict section of the ELLIPAL App.
If your order has not been filled yet, you can cancel it directly from the order details page.
Follow the steps below to cancel a Predict order:
1. Tap Available Balance in the Predict page.
2. Find your open order, then tap Cancel Order.
3. Once completed, the order will be canceled successfully.
Notes
● You can only cancel an order that is still open.
● If the order has already been filled, it cannot be canceled.
● After canceling, the open order list will update automatically.
● If the page does not update right away, pull down to refresh.
