No HD (Hierarchical Deterministic) Bitcoin wallet - I am disappointed

This is not your fault, but I don’t like 3 party envelopment when buying crypto, on revolute I can buy direct and fees are minimal. I realise I have no security and that’s why I bought the Ellipal for secure storage. I am a grandmother with very little experience navigating this world of digital technology so the easier the better.
