What makes ELLIPAL X Card different from other card wallets?
Unlike traditional card wallets that rely on online apps for setup, X Card introduces a truly offline experience, ensuring that your private keys and seed phrases never touch the internet.
Does my X Card depend on ELLIPAL’s servers?
No. The X Card is fully self-custodial. Setup happens entirely on air-gapped devices — ELLIPAL never sees your seed phrase or PIN. If anything happens, you can always recover with your seed phrase on any compatible wallet.
If my X Card is stolen, can a third party access my funds?
If your X Card is stolen, someone else cannot access your funds without your PIN. The PIN was set up offline during card activation and cannot be reset afterward. After 10 incorrect PIN attempts, all information on the X Card will be permanently wiped.
Can I import my own seed phrase into ELLIPAL X Card?
Yes, you can import your own seed phrase and passphrase into X Card to recover your account.
What is the difference between ELLIPAL X Card and Titan Series?
Both can securely protect your digital assets. The Titan Series has a large screen for clear transaction display and confirmation, while the X Card is compact and convenient for quick transaction signing. They can be used together to meet different needs.
