Every time you submit a transaction of ERC-20 token, a gas fee will be calculated and deducted from your sending amount and the gas fee is used to put your transaction on the blockchain network, and sometimes the gas fee can be different according to the situation of blockchain network congestion.
Here’s how to set Gas Limit and Gas Price so that your transaction will go through successfully.
[On the App] Select "ETH"-ERC 20 token-custom gas limit.

This is just the gas you’re willing to pay and helps to ensure your transaction goes through.
Click ‘Submit’ to submit your transaction.
That’s it!

@Chris, ERC20 /BEP-20 tokens are stored and sent using ethereum/BSC addresses and transactions, and use gas to cover transaction fees. Please make sure you have enough balance on ETH/BNB, Please refer https://www.ellipal.com/blogs/support/insufficient-balance
Every time i try to send it keeps saying inefficient transaction fee
